PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AND BOOKING
Accessing the Website, submitting an inquiry, joining the email list, downloading a resource, or corresponding with Ky Khalil Co does not by itself create a photographer-client relationship or reserve a photography date.
A client relationship is established only when the parties enter into a separate written agreement and any booking requirements stated in that agreement have been satisfied.
Photography services, payments, cancellations, rescheduling, image delivery, licensing, travel arrangements, weather contingencies, and other matters relating to a photography engagement are governed by the applicable client agreement.
If a provision of these Website Terms conflicts with a separately signed client agreement concerning photography or related services, the signed client agreement controls with respect to those services.
